When you record audio using the app, the audio data is captured on your device and sent to our servers for processing. Audio is used solely for the purpose of generating a text transcription and is not retained after processing is complete.
2.2 Transcription Text
The text generated from your audio recordings is stored locally on your device. When you use AI-powered features (such as summaries, translations, chat, or other analysis tools), the transcription text is sent to our servers and forwarded to third-party AI services for processing.
2.3 Email Address
If you sign in or set up email delivery of transcriptions, we collect your email address. This is used for account management and delivering transcriptions to your inbox.
2.4 Usage Data
We collect anonymized usage data such as feature usage frequency and subscription status to improve the app experience. This data is collected via Google Analytics (Firebase).
2.5 Crash Data
We collect crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix bugs. Crash data does not contain your audio recordings or transcription text.

To provide our core features, we share certain data with the following third-party services:

5. Data Storage and Security
- Transcriptions are stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time.

- Optional PIN/biometric protection is available for additional security.
6. Your Consent
Before any data is sent to third-party services, the app will ask for your explicit consent. You may decline, in which case the transcription and AI features will not be available. You can continue to use the app for viewing and managing previously saved transcriptions.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Delete your transcriptions from the app at any time
- Decline data processing consent (transcription and AI features will be unavailable)
- Request deletion of any data we hold about you by contacting us
- Cancel your subscription at any time through your device's settings
8. Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
